I have had the privilege of working closely with Bronte Price on Inclusee’s diversity and inclusion program, and the results have been exceptional. Bronte’s approach demonstrates innovation by combining evidence-based learning design with practical strategies tailored to our unique organisational context. The program was not a generic inclusion workshop - it was a transformative learning experience that embedded inclusion into our governance, recruitment, and engagement frameworks.

What sets Bronte apart is the clear return on investment delivered through measurable outcomes. Since implementing Bronte’s program, Inclusee has seen tangible improvements in staff capability, staff satisfaction, and stakeholder engagement. These outcomes were tracked and reported, ensuring that inclusion was not just aspirational but a strategic priority with demonstrable impact.

The program’s sustainability is evident in the way it has become part of our organisational DNA. Bronte equipped our leaders and teams with tools and confidence to maintain inclusive practices long after the initial training. This enduring change has strengthened our culture and positioned Inclusee as a leader in inclusive service delivery.

On a personal level, Bronte’s work has influenced my leadership approach profoundly. It challenged me to embed inclusion as a measurable organisational goal, ensuring that every decision reflects our commitment to diversity. This alignment with our strategic objectives underscores the depth and relevance of Bronte’s contribution. Bronte exemplifies excellence in learning and development.

I wholeheartedly endorse Bronte’s application for the AITD Excellence Award for Best Diversity and Inclusion Program.

Rachael Cook
CEO, Inclusee

Throughout 2025, Bronte from The Equality Network delivered a comprehensive LGBTIQA+ inclusion training program for Inclusee. From the outset, Bronte demonstrated exceptional expertise and empathy, creating a safe, engaging space where staff could learn, ask questions, and build real confidence in inclusive practice.

The training was part of a strategic, evidence-based framework that aligned directly with Inclusee’s mission and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) practices. Bronte’s approach combined lived experience, trauma-informed facilitation, and interactive learning techniques, ensuring relevance and accessibility for our fully virtual workforce. His ability to connect theory with real-world aged care scenarios made the content immediately actionable, building confidence and capability across all levels of the organisation.

Bronte’s professionalism, authenticity, and deep understanding of systemic inclusion have helped further embed diversity as a lived value at Inclusee, not just a policy. Bronte’s leadership and contribution have been pivotal in shaping a safer, more connected environment for both staff, volunteers, and the community we serve.

Inclusee's focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion was recognised in several national awards throughout 2025, including the (AIIA iAwards Diversity Award; HR Awards Employer of Choice Award; and Third Sector’s Cultural Diversity and Inclusion Award) - we celebrate these with acknowledgement to Bronte for being a huge part of the journey to creating a community worthy of these accolades.

Strategic Partnerships Manager, Inclusee

Bronte delivered DEI training and education that perfectly aligned with Inclusee’s 100% remote business model, ensuring everyone could attend regardless of location.

Inclusion was at the heart of everything Bronte delivered, and this approach supported our strategic direction in implementing DEI initiatives. The outcomes were significant. (1) It led to further education opportunities: feedback through surveys and real-time responses to embed learning outcomes; and (2) Bronte conducted a complete LGBTQIA+ inclusion audit of our organisation, identifying 43 recommendations for improvement, all of which have been implemented over the past 10 months.

For me, as DEI Champion, the greatest impact was the safe space Bronte created for Inclusee staff to have open dialogue, educating myself and my colleagues without judgement or fear. The biggest ROI? Education is power!
